What you will do
Your offers, brand language, customer notes, and past campaigns can be scattered across folders, inboxes, and your own memory. We will give you a simple way to store that information so AI can use it reliably and sound like your business.
We will walk through connectors step by step, including email, calendar, cloud storage, spreadsheets, and customer records. You will learn what each connection does—and what it does not give AI access to.
With your information organized and systems connected, you will work on tasks like customer follow-ups, meeting notes, marketing content, and routine messages.
We teach primarily in Claude, which handles these connections well. What you learn can also carry over to ChatGPT and other tools you already use.
